What we collect
When you place an order, we collect the details you enter at checkout: business or lab name, contact name, email, phone, ship-to address, order notes, your order, and your research-use attestation. We use this information to confirm availability, invoice, ship, and support your order, and we share the shipping details with our shipping software to fulfil it. The crypto demo at checkout does not send your details to us.
On this website
The age and research-use confirmation is remembered with a session cookie. Kits you add to your cart are saved in your own browser (local storage) so the cart is still there when you come back. This site does not use advertising trackers.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to process payments, ship orders (for example, with our shipping software and carriers), or comply with the law.
Your choices
You can clear your cart in the cart drawer or by clearing your browser data. To ask about or delete your information, email info@samedaypeps.com.
